Juan Manuel Marquez vs. Likar Ramos Online

Soon to 38 years, Juan Manuel Marquez (52-5-1, 38 KO) has chosen a very safe tune-up fight against super featherweight contender Likar Ramos (24-3, 18 KO) July 16 to a still to determine the location in Mexico. Mark had tried to get a fight against former IBF lightweight champion David Diaz. But Diaz was not happy with the money that was offered to fight. Marquez could have then taken on a competitor's quality, but it seemed not to take the risk that he might lose the match tune-up, which would destroy all chances to score for a huge money fight against Manny Pacquiao 12 November. Mark has already signed for a match against Pacquiao at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, Nevada. But when Mark had not fought since beating Michael Katsidis last November in the ninth round stoppage, Marquez wanted to get at least one game before he is Pacquiao.

Marquez wanted left-handed, and received one with Ramos. But Ramos is not the level of quality that Pacquiao is so useless in this battle only on payday, instead, to fight Marquez, where you can actually get something of an attack for him ready to fight Pacquiao. In the big picture, probably does not matter who is fighting Marquez. He has no chance against Pacquiao in this phase of his career, because it is a bit too old and the battle is between the series. Marquez has already proven to be painfully slow the loss of his welterweight Floyd Mayweather Jr. in 2009.

Ramos has virtually fought mainly 2 and 3 layers of the opposition of his entire pro career six years. He stepped up to the player's level and Angel Granados Ernesto Morales in 2009. However, in 2010, Ramos was easy to win, Jorge Solis failed to capture the WBA interim featherweight title super. Since then, Ramos is back to fight third-row rivals and won the last three meetings. Ramos is currently ranked # 3 in the WBA super-featherweight division.
