Fighters are on Saturday at Wimbledon women's final to be decided on Thursday when the semi-finals, where the fourth-seeded Victoria Azarenka and former champion Maria Sharapova, the tournament will be held at the venerable All England Club

The Azarenka of Belarus will participate in his first semifinal of a Grand Slam, which opposed the Czech Republic, seeded eighth, and his colleagues 21 years hitter Petra Kvitova, who also was a semifinalist here last year.

Kvitova, who is a three time titlist on the WTA this year, trying to become the first woman to capture Wimbledon since left his fellow Czech native Martina Navratilova won a ninth time in 1990.

Azarenka-Kvitova will be the first match on grass Thursday at the famed Centre Court.

Other semi-trailers will fifth-seeded former world No. 1 Sharapova serving against German wildcard Sabine Lisicki large.

Sharapova, who also reached the French Open semifinals earlier this month, beat Lisicki in a game in Miami earlier this season. This Azarenka won the title in this event lucrative South Florida.

24-year-old Sharapova is three times Grand Slam champion, including his only Wimbledon title when the 17 years, in 2004. He will appear in her career top 12 semi-final (4-7), and his first Wimbledon in part, in five years.

The 21-year-old Lisicki will compete in his first major semifinal. She is the first German woman to reach a Grand Slam since Steffi Graf legendary half reached the Wimbledon final in 1999.

Lisicki is 11-0 on grass this year, when she called at Wimbledon Tuneup in Birmingham earlier this month.
